Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hemiplegia after stroke, according to the diagnostic criteria of the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, have imaging basis of CT or MRI; 2) The condition is stable, the course of disease is within 6 months, and unilateral hemiplegia; 3) No serious cognition, speech disorder, and can follow simple instructions; 4) Sitting level balance II; 5) The lower limb Brunnstrom stage is in stage III~IV. 6) Patients and their families are informed and agree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Accompanied by severe cognitive impairment, speech impairment, neglect of the affected side, unable to cooperate with the trainer; 2) Those who are unable to exercise with severe cardiopulmonary complications; 3) Those with severe musculoskeletal disorders; 4) Long-term use of anti-vertigo drugs, sedative sleeping pills, and can not be stopped; 5) Severe lower limb sensory disturbance, sports disease, trauma, diabetes and peripheral neuropathy.
