Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young cancer patients need immediate gonadotoxic treatment for their cancer. 2.Young women confirmed with premature ovarian failure (POF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of psychological/psychiatric problem. 2.Patient refusal. 3.Clinically sepsis. 4.Congenital malformation. 5.Chromosome abnormality. 6.Confirm with malignant cells.
