15 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 14-70 years; 2. Patients with high-risk MDS and acute leukemia with history of MDS; 3. The patients who agreed to participate in the research program of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency or intolerance to high-dose chemotherapy in the past; 2. Pregnant and lactating subjects.
