Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of novel acute anterior wall myocardial infarction within the past 6 months, diagnosed with ventricular aneurysm by two or more echocardiographic physicians. 2.40% < LVEF < 50%. 3.Aged of 18-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Scr > 200µmol/L or eGFR < 30ml/min·1.73 m2, bilateral renal artery stenosis, hyperkalemia, history of vascular neuroedema, pregnant or lactating women, contraindications such as allegry to ARNI or ARB etc. 2. Systolic pressure lower than 100 mmHg, or occurence of hypotension related symptoms after low dose ARNI or ARB applied. 3. Malignant neoplasms, severe liver and kidney failure, severe anemia or any cause that leads to a life expectancy of less than 12 months. 4. Disagreement of participation or being involved in other clinical studies.
