Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Prerequisites for patients with endemic cretinism: patients with endemic cretinism live in iodine-deficient areas; at the same time, they have different degrees of mental retardation, mainly manifested by different degrees of mental retardation. Auxiliary conditions: different degrees of hearing, speech and motor nerve disorders; hypothyroidism, different degrees of physical development disorders, cretinism images (stupid, wide face, wide eye distance, collapsed nose, abdominal bulge, etc.); Different degrees of hypothyroidism (dry skin and hair, X-ray bone age and delayed epiphyseal healing, decreased plasma PBI, increased serum T4, TSH).
Exclusion criteria
