Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Receiving THA for the first time; 2.Aged >= 60 years; 3.Residents living in Hangzhou; 4.Having the ability of communication; 5.Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have contralateral hip or knee fracture surgery within one year; 2.Combined with serious diseases such as Parkinson, undergoing renal dialysis and so on; 3.Leaving Hangzhou city >= 1 month in midway; 4.THA for pathological fractures caused by bone tumors or osteomyelitis; 5.Combined with serious heart and brain diseases which unable to take care of themselves; 6.Malignant tumor patients.
