18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ALL cases are between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2.We plan to have 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy at different stages, including 40 cases in early stage, 40 in mid-term stage and 40 in late stage. The latter two groups are confirmed by biopsy. 3.In the meantime, we will have 120 cases as the control group, including 40 healthy people, 40 diabetes patients without kidney injury(urine albumin/creatinine 90ml/min/1.73m2), 40 patients of primary nephropathy with matching urinary protein and renal function(20 membranous nephropathy and 20 IgA nephropathy). 4.Complete clinical data are available, including clinical history, physical examination, laboratory examination, clinical diagnosis and medication regimen. 5.All the cases will sign the informed content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diabetic nephropathy and other nephropathy. 2.Secondary membranous nephropathy.
