18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with moderately severe and severe acute pancreatitis according to the 2012 Atlanta classification criteria; 2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3) Admitted to the hospital within 1 week of disease onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who died within 2 weeks of disease onset; 2) Chronic pancreatitis; 3) Pancreatic tumor; 4) Liver cirrhosis; 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6) Patients who are allergic to contrast media, or who refuse to perform enhanced CT; 7) Patients who gave up treatment or transferred to other hospital; 8) No signed informed consent.
