Age
16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female >= 16 years old, male >= 18 years old; 2) Skeletal Class II: ANB > 7 degrees or APDI 400 degrees or 68%, Pog-Nperp > 8mm; 3) Patients diagnosed with OSA by PSG(AHI>5/h); 4) Need be treated by orthognathic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Craniofacial syndrome (cleft lip and palate, etc.); 2) Have a history of head and neck surgery.
