18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with necrotizing pancreatitis according to the 2012 Atlanta classification criteria; 2) Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3) Admitted to the hospital within 1 week of disease onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic pancreatitis; 2) Pancreatic tumor; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients who are allergic to contrast media, or who cannot or refuse to undergo enhanced CT; 5) Patients who gave up treatment or transferred to other hospital; 6) No signed informed consent.
