Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with lung cancer (including lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma); Patients with confirmed metastasis (including lymphatic and distant hematogenous metastasis) are welcome; Other therapies are welcome to treat patients who are evaluated or expected to be ineffective. (2) The imaging findings were positive. The main findings were tumor positive findings on enhanced CT or enhanced MRI, especially those confirmed by PET CT. (3) The patients were in normal condition, with self-care ability and no serious complications. (4) They were 18-65 years old. (5) The number of cell extraction required for the evaluation before enrollment should not exceed 6 times (including 6 times). (6) The patients or their families agreed to participate in the study, and agreed to give up using other cancer-related treatments temporarily during the trial period, and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) One or some organs fail or are on the verge of failure; (2) There were serious complications, such as severe cancer pain and poor compliance; (3) Without considering cancer, life expectancy is less than five years due to other serious diseases; (4) There are contraindications not suitable for cell extraction, such as electrolyte disorder, heart failure, more serious arrhythmia, high blood viscosity, etc; (5) They are in the active stage of autoimmune diseases; (6) HIV carriers or active hepatitis B patients; (7) Severe immunosuppression, lymphocyte absolute value <= 0.6 x 10^9 / L; (8) There are obvious injuries in the body that have not yet healed, including large surgical wounds (9) Radiotherapy and chemotherapy within three months should be postponed; (10) Patients with a history of infection or vaccination within one month need to delay, including colds
