Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnosis of substance abuse in dsm-5 of the fifth edition of the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders; 2. Those who have been educated for more than 6 years; 3. Those who have not participated mindfulness decompression course or mindfulness cognition course; 4. Subjects who have practiced yoga, meditation or Tai Chi every week for less than 20 minutes in the past six months; 5. Objects without serious unstable body diseases; 6. Subjects without brain injury, psychotic symptoms or manic episode history; 7. Subjects who agree with the setting of the group (for example, randomly divided into groups, no schedule conflict, no other mindfulness intervention or experiment during the study); 8. Subjects who voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The object of self injury or suicide risk; 2. The object of the attack or the destructive behavior to the group; 3. Objects with a history of drug trafficking.
