Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 65 years; 2.The estimated operation time is more than 2 hours; 3.Fluent in Chinese (speaking and reading); 4.The ability to independently complete the neuropsychological tests; 5.ASA grade I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in the study; 2.A score of <= 23 on the MMSE at screening; 3.History of neurology or heart disease; 4.Taking anti anxiety drugs; 5.Severe mental disorder or hearing impairment; 6.Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 7.Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, or depression; 8.Alcohol or drug dependence; 9.Tumor metastasis or cachexia; 10.The operation was cancelled.
