Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pre-stage and grade 1 hypertension (SBP is 140-159mmhg and (or) 90-99mmhg) in accordance with the 2018 Chinese; 2. Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension; 3. There was no adjustment of medication in the first half month of enrollment;18-59 years old; 4. Have good language expression and understanding ability; 5. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes and serious diseases such as liver and kidney failure; 2. People with cognitive dysfunction; 3. Baseline DF intake >= 13g/d; 4. Allergic to food (especially oat bran), eating special diet (high calorie diet, low calorie, high protein diet, low protein diet, low fiber diet, vegetarian) or in other diet treatment; 5. People with irregular living habits, social social entertainment, irregular diet, taking microecological preparations, antibiotics, hormones and other drugs within the last month; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Participate in multiple patients at the same time.
