Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The ASA II - III patients who were scheduled for noncardiac surgery under general anesthesia were selected; 2. Patients older than 65 years old; 3. Those patients with operation time >= 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of acute angina pectoris; 2. Patients undergoing emergency surgery or scheduled cardiac surgery; 3. Patients with severe lung diseases; 4. Patients with severe impairment of liver and kidney function; 5. Patients with mental disorders who cannot communicate normally.
