Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients; 2. Patients older than 18 years old; The patient can complete the questionnaire independently; 4. Patients without history of communication and mental disorders; 5. Voluntary patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients in psychiatry, psychology, pediatrics, obstetrics, intensive care unit and day ward; 2. Patients who can not fully understand and complete the questionnaire due to physical diseases or language and other reasons.
