Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing operation of hip fracture ; 2. ASA grade I - III grade; 3. aged >= 65 years old, male or female; 4. patients have been fully aware of the nature of the study, participated in the test and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. known to the research drug allergy; 2. the puncture site of skin ulcer; 3. obesity (BMI>30); 4. drug addiction and alcoholism; 5. nearly 4 weeks to participate in clinical trials of other drugs; 6. poor compliance, unable to complete the test according to the research project; 7. for any reason, the researchers believe not suitable.
