Blank control group 3:Fasting from food and water 12 hours before surgery and 24 hours after surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 7 years; 2. Normal vital organs (heart, kidney, liver, lung), no serious heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney insufficiency, no endocrine or metabolic diseases; 3. No coagulation disorders; 4. Patients have a regular life before surgery, no long-term history of alcohol consumption or smoking; 5. No systemic infection or immune deficiency; 6. No use of glucocorticoids or immunological agents in the last 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Significant dementia; 3. Patients with diabetes; 4. Patients with severe gastroesophageal reflux; 5. Patients with renal colic; 6. Emergencies; 7. Refused participants.
