Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemiplegia after stroke for the first time. 2. Cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction was diagnosed by brain computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging. 3. The course of disease is less than 1 year. 4. It can turn over independently and complete the lying-sit-stand transfer independently. 5. Able to cooperate with inspection and assessment. 6. The subjects understood the trial protocol before the trial, volunteered to participate in the trial, and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe medical disease or mental or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the examination. 2. Patients with amputations. Take drugs that change neuromuscular tone. 3. Complicated with other diseases that affect motor function, accompanied by joint deformities and muscle diseases. 4. Those whose limbs have undergone orthopedic surgery. 5. History of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and cervical radiculopathy.
