Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the patients with aortic dissection as the main diagnosis underwent thoracic and abdominal CT examination, which indicated the existence of aortic dissection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are clearly diagnosed as malignant tumors that seriously affect life expectancy; 2.Mental and psychological diseases, basic digestive tract diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal ulcer, gastrointestinal tumor, etc.), hepatitis, cirrhosis, diabetes, coronary heart disease; 3.No antibiotics, acid inhibitors, probiotics or drugs affecting intestinal flora were taken within four weeks; 4.Patients with incomplete medical record information, incomplete diagnosis and treatment information, and lack of detailed aortic CTA and other related examinations.
