18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 18-75 years old, and the gender is not limited; 2. The diagnosis of humeral shaft fracture was in accordance with the classic OTA / AO classification, a1-c1, closed and fresh fracture; 3. Willing to accept internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine; 4. Participate in the whole experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture with nerve, blood vessel and tendon injury; 2. Pathological or old fracture; 3. Anatomical reduction is required; 4. Combined with severe heart, brain, kidney and endocrine system related diseases, can not tolerate manual reduction and splint fixation.
