11 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 11 years old, Permanent dentition; No obvious harmful oral habits; No systemic drugs, antibiotics or hormones were taken 3 months before sampling ; good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systematic diseases; Fluoride application within 6 months before orthodontic treatment (except fluoride toothpaste); smoking; Women in menstruation, pregnancy or lactation.
