Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 70 years; 2. Confirmed with Cushing's disease; 3. Need surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or CNS disease, coagulopathies and other medical conditions that would preclude surgical treatment; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Female patients who plan toto become pregnant in the next 2 years.
