Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Recipient for children with parent liver transplantation from 0 months to 3 years old; B. First operation; C. Children's end-stage liver disease system (PELD)<20; D. No history of immunosuppressive drugs and hormone use within 1 year;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Abnormal preoperative renal function; B. Severe cardiopulmonary or endocrine diseases; C. Congenital vascular malformations affect the surgical procedure; D. Different postoperative immunosuppressive regimens; E. No follow-up conditions.
