19 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Within 1 week of a known clinical insult or new or worsening respiratory symptoms; (2) Hypoxemia: oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) = 5 cmH2O (1 cmH2O = 98 Pa); (3) Bilateral lung opacitiesnot fully explained by effusions, lobar/lung collapse, or nodules; (4) Respiratory failure not fully explained by cardiac failure or fluid overload.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy; (2) Aged < 18 years; (3) The terminal-stage nephropathy patients undergoing blood purification therapy; (4) Patients with acute complications of diabetes; (5) Alzheimer's disease; (6) Amyloidosis or progression of solid tumors.
