Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as head and neck tumor; 2. Aged 18-80 years, no gender limitation; 3. Laboratory examination before radiotherapy meets the following requirements: WBC >= 4.0*10^9/L, neutrophil count >= 2.0*10^9/L, PLT >= 100*10^9/L, HB >= 100g/L (without blood transfusion); Total bilirubin, ALT, AST = 65 mL/min); 4. No surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other sites tumors; 2. There are artifacts in the imaging image before radiotherapy; 3. Pregnant (confirmed by urine/blood test), breastfeeding women; 4. People who have uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure and severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases.
