Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young cancer patients need immediate gonadotoxic treatment for their cancer; 2. Young women confirmed with premature ovarian failure (POF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of psychological/psychiatric problem; 2. Patient refusal; 3. Clinically sepsis; 4. Congenital malformation; 5. Chromosome abnormality; 6. Confirm with malignant cells.
