18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Aged >= 18 and <= 70 years; 3. The primary diagnosis of imaging examination was pancreas occupation, bile duct occupation, ampulla occupation; 4. Pancreaticoduodenectomy should be performed in the first Hospital of Peking University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade 3 or above; 2. Unable to cooperate (mental disorder, consciousness disorder, mental disorder); 3. Having complications that cannot tolerate family rehabilitation training or functional exercise examination; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, gout or whey protein intolerance should be observed in the intensive care unit after surgery.
