Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Total or subtotal thyroidectomy; (2) Postoperative pathology confirmed that DTC was associated with lymph node metastasis; (3) There was no distant metastasis confirmed by imaging or pathology; (4) Receive at least one 131I treatment; (5) TGAb is negative; (6) The operation and 131I were completed in this hospital with complete case data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative pathology confirmed other types of thyroid cancer, such as medullary thyroid cancer, undifferentiated thyroid cancer, lymphoma, etc.; (2) Patients with other malignant tumors, major diseases or autoimmune diseases; (3) Preoperative combination with hyperthyroidism and relevant drug treatment history.
