20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients with mesial/horizontal impacted mandibular third molars with CBCT showing that the lowest point of the distal bony defect of second molar is lower than apical 1/3 of the root; b) Male or female who are not in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or menstrual period ranging from 20~45 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Acute inflammation or any contraindications to tooth extraction; b) Patients with dental pulp apex disease and periodontal disease; c) Those who have systemic diseases or need to take drugs regularly; d) Poor compliance and unable to cooperate to complete the trial.
