40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who are diagnosed with esophageal cancer before surgery and are planning to undergo TLE; 2) No gender limit, age 40-70 years old, body weight 50-80 kg, height 150-180 cm; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I~III; 4) Obtain the consent of the patient and his family members before the operation, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs, as well as patients with central nervous system disease, immune system disease, severe endocrine system disease; 2) Those who have received adrenergic receptor (a/ß receptor) agonists/inhibitors or hormone drugs during the perioperative period; 3) Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, and abnormal blood coagulation; 4) Those with a history of local anesthetics allergy; 5) Severe infection at the puncture site; 6) People with a history of mental illness (such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, etc.), with a history of long-term use or abuse of antipsychotic drugs or chronic analgesics; 7) Those with spinal deformity or trauma; 8) Those who are unable to cooperate with the combination of mental, vision, hearing and language impairment; 9) Malignant high fever or family history.
