Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute chest pain and finally diagnosed as the acute coronary syndrome and acute aortic syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Patients with trauma, including fracture, soft tissue contusion, and other factors that affect the degree of pain Patients with symptoms, coma, alcoholism, or a history of mental illness; Patients with dementia; 5. Patients with acute appendicitis, mechanical intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, pancreatitis, cholecystitis, herpes zoster, pulmonary embolism, kidney stones, and other pain scores have an impact; 6. Has a history of drug abuse or infection with infectious diseases such as HIV and syphilis.
