Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes, diabetic retinopathy (DR) and healthy control group. 2. The inclusion criteria of the control group included those without type 2 diabetes and those with less systemic basic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other retinal diseases; 2. Patients with a history of severe ophthalmopathy; 3. patients who have undergone intraocular surgery in the past 3 months, and refractive interstitial turbidity that affects imaging quality.
