Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose clinical examination conforms to ADA diabetes diagnostic criteria in 2019; 2. Patients aged 30-80 years; 3. Patients with good compliance; 4. Patients with regular diet did not take a - glucosidase inhibitor; 5. patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and lung diseases who could not complete the test; 3. Patients with poor compliance and unable to eat as required; 4. Patients treated with antibiotics within 2 weeks before the experiment.
