Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of hypertension in China guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension 2018, the current blood pressure in the consulting room is >= 140 / 90mmHg; 2. Patients with hypertension who have not been treated for at least one month after taking 1-3 antihypertensive drugs; 3. Patients aged from 18 to 85 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Patients who agree to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable hemodynamic diseases, or acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, and chronic kidney disease with CKD < 45ml.min-1.(1.73m2) within 6 months; 2. Patients with large doses of diuretics and b-blockers (usually double doses), who cannot stop taking drugs; 3. Patients with atrial fibrillation, severe arrhythmia; 4. Those patients with severe aortic regurgitation; 5. Patients with pleural effusion; 6. Height and weight out of range: 120-230 cm, 30-230 kg; 7. Patients using more than 3 kinds of hypertension drugs; 8. Patients with known secondary hypertension.
