Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 18 years old; ECoG score 0-3; 2. Histologically confirmed highly invasive B-NHL [diagnostic criteria according to who 2008 / 2016], including DLBCL, hgbl, MCL, FL transformed DLBCL; 3. The subjects who had received more than the first-line treatment were invalid or relapsed; 4. CD20 positive subjects; 5. Subjects without central lymphoma; 6. Heart, liver and kidney function: creatinine = 50%; 7. Subjects with at least one measurable lesion; 8. Subjects who have enough understanding ability and sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of other tumors; 2. Subjects with active autoimmune diseases; 3. Subjects with uncontrollable active infection; 4. HIV subjects; 5. Patients with active hepatitis whose HBV-DNA copy number could not be controlled within 2 * 10^3 / ml after antiviral treatment; 6. Subjects who had previously undergone autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
