Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years in the inpatient department of Guangdong Provincial People's hospital; 2. Patients who expected indwelling catheter for more than 7 days; 3. Patients with leakage of urine after long-term indwelling catheter; 4. The severity of urinary leakage was moderate or severe (ingelman sundberg scale); 5. Patients with clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with medical staff to complete examination, treatment and inquiry; 6. Patients who signed informed consent before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary tract infection, hydronephrosis, hydroureter or vesicoureteral reflux disease, urethral malformation and history of urinary surgery were diagnosed before indwelling catheter; 2. Patients with urinary leakage caused by improper nursing operation, improper selection of indwelling catheter model, improper water injection of water bag, improper fixation of catheter, catheter being pulled, catheter being compressed or folded, catheter blocking, catheter clamping, high suspension of urine collection bag, use of diuretics or dehydrating drugs, etc; 3. Patients with urinary leakage treated with electroacupuncture or drugs before indwelling catheter; 4. Patients with severe constipation or fecal incontinence during indwelling catheter; 5. Patients who had used anticholinergic drugs in the first 4 weeks of the study; 6. Patients with definite diagnosis of mental illness; 7. Patients with serious kidney, cardiovascular disease, nervous system disease and tumor.
