Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with subjective memory complaints or memory impairment reported by informed persons; 2. Subjects with cognitive decline and not related to acute events; 3. Subjects with normal general cognitive test: 4. Score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale: 21-25 for 60-79 years old, 20-24 for 80-89 years old, 19-23 for 90 years old and above; One point will be added if the education level is less than or equal to 12 years; The score of PHQ-9 depression scale was less than 5; 5. The subjects whose individual cognitive function assessment scale meets the threshold of mild cognitive impairment respectively; 6. Subjects who have enough visual and auditory resolution to accept neuropsychological tests; 7. The patients have writing ability or their families can record homework on their behalves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who can't write and communicate effectively; 2. Subjects of drug abuse; 3. Subjects with organic cerebrovascular disease, consciousness disorder and mental disorder; 4. Patients with vascular cognitive impairment or other types of dementia, cerebrovascular disease and ad confirmed by doctors.
