18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with stable cardiac function (HR 95%, inhaled oxygen concentration = 150 mm Hg, positive end expiratory pressure 5ml / kg, no obvious respiratory acidosis); RASS sedation score - 1 ~ 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects younger than 18 years old; 2. Pregnant subjects; 3. Subjects with pneumothorax and mediastinal emphysema after thoracic drainage; flail chest or rib fracture; 4. Subjects with neuromuscular diseases; 5. Subjects using muscle relaxants 48 hours before SBT; 6. Subjects with unilateral diaphragmatic paralysis or paradoxical movement confirmed by diaphragmatic ultrasound; 7. Subjects who asked to quit or give up the treatment.
