Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-12 in Dapeng New District of Shenzhen city; 2. The children's guardians and teachers are aware of the content of the experiment and willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who took antibiotics in the last 4 weeks; 2. Subjects with a history of proton pump inhibitors and Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in the last 2 weeks.
