Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A total of 96 patients with bilateral chronic sinusitis were selected (the diagnosis of chronic sinusitis was based on EPOS 2020 and CPOS diagnostic criteria). 2. Aged >= 18 and <= 75 years. 3. Subjects must had no history of other nose-related diseases. 4. Subjects are able to tolerate general anaesthetic surgery. 5. All subjects patient did not receive local or systemic glucocorticoid therapy for at least 4 weeks before surgery. 6. Volunteer to participate in the study and comply with the research requirements, agree to the operation, understand and follow-up plan, and correctly record scale scores, medication times, concomitant medication and adverse events.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are the following diseases: cystic fibrosis, congenital ciliary dyskinesia, nasal tumors or other obstructive injuries, large area of nasal bone hyperplasia, invasive or non-invasive fungal sinusitis; 2. There are serious metabolic, cardiovascular, immune, neurological, blood, digestive, cerebrovascular or respiratory diseases in clinic, or any disease that the researchers consider to interfere with the evaluation of the results of the study or affect the safety of the subjects; 3. Currently participating in other clinical studies or other clinical researchers within 30 days, or staff directly involved in the study; 4. Psychiatric history, antagonistic personality, bad motivation, suspicion or other emotional or intellectual problems may affect the effectiveness of informed participation in the study; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Drug allergy to glucocorticoid.
