18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–70years; (2) Two or more members living in the same family are infected with Helicobacter pylori and all meet the inclusion criteria; (3) Know the purpose of the experiment and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were having had previous treatment for H. pylori infection, or having taken a proton pump inhibitor, H2 receptor antagonist, expectorant, or antibiotic treatment within the last four weeks prior to endoscopy, past history of gastric surgery, or having been diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancer, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney or blood system disorders.
