Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 and <= 65 years; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Body mass index is within the normal range; 4. Preoperative informed consent was signed; 5. Internal humerus fixation was performed at an appropriate time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated evidence of brachial plexus block; 2. Severe nerve injury of the affected upper limb; 3. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 4. Severe disorders of the central system; 5. Language barriers do not accord with the researchers; 6. Severe hypotension, bradycardia and cardiovascular disease; 7. Failure of brachial plexus block to change general anesthesia.
