Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Institutions 1) Ranking in the top 50 of the 2019-2020 Internet Medical Website Activity Ranking; 2) Providing DTCT services to China-based patients; 3) The language used for the consultation is Chinese. Individual doctors - they must meet these criteria: 1) Providing DTCT services on one of those platforms; 2) Their service scope is tagged as Ob/Gyn.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Institutions 1) Services are not covering Ob/Gyn conditions; 2) Services are only accessible to a specific population. Individual doctors 1) Exclusively providing video-based DTCT; 2) Only providing services to specific customer groups.
