Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: patients with advanced colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer diagnosed by colonoscopy combined with clinical pathology diagnosis; Control group: Healthy population
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Use of antibiotics within the past three months; (2) had an IBD; (3) A history of colorectal cancer, other malignant tumors, and a family history of hereditary colorectal cancer; (4) on a vegetarian diet; (5) epidemic or infectious diarrhea or (6) had surgery or an invasive procedure within the past three months.
