Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria are based on The Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis (2018), namely, the main symptoms are: nasal congestion, sticky or mucinous nasal discharge; Minor symptoms: swelling in the head and face, loss of sense of smell. The diagnosis is based on the above two or more related symptoms, in which the main symptoms of nasal congestion, viscosity or mucous purulent nasal must have one. Nasal endoscopy: mucous or mucopurulent secretions from the middle nasal passage and olloftus; nasal mucosa congestion, edema, and polyps. Imaging examination: A CT scan of the sinuses showed inflammatory lesions of the oral and nasal meatus complex and sinus mucosa.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All patients with acute infection, posterior nostril polyps, fibrocystic lesions in polyps, fungal sinusitis with polyps, and ciliary immotility syndrome were excluded.
