Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic of cancer should follow international clinical criteria; 2. Life expectancy for cancer patients longer than six months; 3. Family caregivers are noted by cancer patients or identified by the time of caring; 4. Family caregivers do not diagnosed from cancer or mental illness; 5. Family caregivers should older than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy; 2. Have employment relationship between caregivers and cancer patients; 3. Family caregivers do not want to be surveyed; 4. Family caregivers cannot fully understand and respond to the survey.
