18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Aged <= 85 years; 3. Atrial fibrillation (at least one ecg record of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation within 12 months); 4. First radiofrequency ablation; 5. Improve esophageal ultrasonography before radiofrequency ablation to eliminate thrombosis; 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contrast agent allergy; 2. Anticoagulant contraindications exist; 3. After valve replacement; 4. Acute myocardial infarction occurred within 3 months before surgery and PCI was performed; 5. Severe heart failure (NYHA III or IV); 6. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 35%; 7. Chronic renal insufficiency (eGFR <30 mL/min/m2); 8. Ischemic stroke within 3 months before surgery (TIAs/ cerebral embolism) 9. Hyperthyroidism atrial fibrillation; 10. Myocardial diseases; 11. Congenital heart disease; 12. Transesophageal ultrasonography indicated thrombosis of the left atrium or left atrial ear; 13. There are contraindications to esophageal ultrasonography; 14. Malignant diseases, such as tumors or severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 15. Patients who were unable to complete the study due to other reasons.
