50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cataract patients with type 2 diabetes aged 50-80 years; 2. MGD grade is level 2 or above; 3. The highest fasting blood glucose <= 8mmol/L and hemoglobin a1c <= 7% within three days before the operation; 4. The best corrected visual acuity < 0.5; 5. Able to cooperate with and understand required inspection items.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of eye surgery; 2. Glaucoma; 3. Pterygium; 4. Cataract surgery combined with other eye operations; 5. Occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications; 6. Incomplete follow-up.
