Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of drug-resistant epilepsy have surgical indications; 2. The patients who received MRI (flames, VBM), intracranial electrode electroencephalogram (EEG) and pet were consulted in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, Beijing Tiantan Hospital of Capital Medical University and epilepsy center of children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who did not undergo the resection of the epilepsy area were discussed through the location examination and the epilepsy consultation; 2. The postoperative pathological results were not one of focal cortical dysplasia (FCD), hippocampal sclerosis, tuberous sclerosis and benign tumors; 3. Engle's III-IV subjects were followed up one year after operation; 4. Patients who can't complete 1-year follow-up.
